According to the national statutory holidays and the factory’s production plan, the holiday matters are now notified as follows, so that everyone can plan their work and return home in advance~
- Holiday time
February 13, 2011 (New Year’s Eve) to February 19 (the sixth day of the first lunar month), a total of 7 days; February 20 (the seventh day of the first lunar month) officially returns to work.
- Pre-holiday work reminder
- Order closing: All business colleagues must confirm customer order requirements before February 12, and contact the warehouse in advance to prepare goods to avoid logistics stagnation before and after the holiday affecting delivery;
- Account reconciliation: The financial team must complete the receivables sorting before the holiday. If the partner has any reconciliation requirements, please communicate as soon as possible;
- Equipment inspection: Computers, printers and other equipment in the office area must be powered off and shut down, and the warehouse must take fire and moisture prevention measures to ensure holiday safety.
- Holiday duty arrangements
In order to ensure emergency business docking, the auto parts factory arranges duty personnel as follows:

The office has been quietly filled with the “New Year’s flavor” these days-the bacon brought by Xiao Zhang from his hometown is hanging by the window, the elder sister of the administrative department has posted blessing characters in the corridor, and even the financial sister who usually concentrates on calculating data has begun to discuss the Spring Festival Gala program. In the domestic trade industry, I am busy running customers and following orders all year round.
