As the Spring Festival approaches, the 2022 Spring Festival holiday arrangements of SL Auto Parts Factory are as follows:
January 31 (New Year’s Eve) to February 6 (the sixth day of the first lunar month) are for a total of 7 days, and work will resume on February 7 (the seventh day of the first lunar month).
On the occasion of this holiday, I would like to look back on the foreign trade work of the past year with everyone, and also make expectations for the new journey.

- Supply chain resilience upgrade: By establishing overseas warehouses and linking local suppliers, the pressure of shipping congestion and logistics costs was alleviated, ensuring that the order delivery cycle in key markets such as Germany and Japan was shortened by 15%, and customer satisfaction remained above 98%.
- Technology and certification breakthroughs: Completed ISO 26262 functional safety certification, and 3 brake accessories passed the EU E-Mark certification, laying a solid foundation for entering the high-end auto parts foreign trade market.
Those early morning emails from overseas customers, the lights on the production line debugging new products overnight, the logistics team coordinating customs declarations across time zones… Every moment embodies the original intention of “escorting the global auto parts market”.
2、New Year’s message: Taking a break is for a more stable start
During the holidays, please pay attention to foreign trade colleagues:
- Customer communication: Inform overseas customers of holiday arrangements in advance, synchronize emergency contact information, and ensure that after-sales consultation and order follow-up are uninterrupted;
- Logistics follow-up: Foreign trade orders shipped before January 25 need to track the dynamics of cargo ships simultaneously to avoid holiday customs clearance delays;
- Self-charging: It is recommended to use the holiday to sort out the target market trends in 2022 (such as the update of North American electric vehicle accessories policy) and reserve information for customer negotiations after resuming work.
Of course, more importantly – spend time with your family. Cook a pot of steaming dumplings, unload a year of fatigue in the fireworks, and let the warmth of reunion become the confidence to fight in the new year.
3、Outlook for 2023: Anchoring the new coordinates of foreign trade
In the new year, the foreign trade business of auto parts factories will focus on three major directions:
- Deepen emerging markets: Increase the market for small and large vehicles (trucks, trailers, trailers and other large vehicles) in Southeast Asia, and build a localized supply chain with Indonesian and Thai automakers;
- Intelligent transformation: Invest 5 million yuan to upgrade production lines for accessories such as clutch, slack adjuster, brake chamber, clutch booster, etc., strive to complete the US SAE J1939 protocol certification in the first half of the year, and enter the field of intelligent control of commercial vehicles;
